The property comes with off road parking for one car directly in front of the house, and for a second car in front of the garage, 20 yards away. Battery Gardens is just a 10-minute walk away where you’ll find a very pretty park with gardens. This leads on through a wood to Fishcombe Cove and through to the coastal path. The town centre and harbour are only a 15-minute walk away.

A main feature of the property is the French doors in the living room, which open onto a large decked sun terrace where you can relax and dine al fresco.

Brixham is fast becoming one of the South West’s upmarket resorts, and has embraced café society to the full. Walk along the harbour and you’ll see people sitting outside dining while watching the boats on the water. Early risers will be able to watch the trawlers land their catch. Sea cruises around Torbay and Dartmouth are also popular, as is taking a walk across the cliffs at Berry Head or hunting for fossils at St Mary’s Bay.
