Kitchen: With electric oven, electric hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, slimline dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer.

First Floor:
Bedroom 1: With kingsize bed.
Bedroom 2: With bunk bed.
Bathroom: With shower over bath, and toilet.. Heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Small garden with terrace and garden furniture. Private parking for 1 car. No smoking. Please note: The garden is only child friendly for ages 5 years and above.. Beaching is a town house situated in a quiet close with easy access to the town centre, where the local shops, restaurants and attractions are located, just a 10-minute walk away. Internally, the property is newly refurbished and well presented. From the living area there is access to the furnished patio, which benefits from stunning views towards Brixham Harbour. An allocated parking space is available for one car.
Churston Woods, Fishcombe Cove, Churston Cove and the historic Battery Gardens are nearby for lovely long walks, and the centre of Brixham is just a 10-minute walk away. Here you will find a delightful harbour to stroll along, a selection of shops, cafés and pubs, as well as plenty of restaurants serving up the catch of the day! Brixham, together with Paignton and Torquay, make up Torbay. Torbay offers a combined 22 miles of coastline to explore. If you can tear yourself away from the stunning natural beauty the area offers, there are an array of attractions to fill your days including Paignton Zoo, Babbacombe Model Village, Quaywest Waterpark and several National Trust properties.
