Across the reception room is the open-plan, farm-style kitchen/diner with games room completed with an oak finish throughout. Following this room is the utility room with a washing machine and dryer, and the downstairs shower room, which includes a walk-in shower, basin and WC. Located upstairs are the contemporary styled bedrooms. The master bedroom contains a super king-size bed, built-in wardrobes and three windows to fill the room with natural light. You will also find a modern en-suite bathroom within this bedroom. Across the landing is the king-size bedroom, a well-presented room with good quality furniture. Additionally, the house includes a double bedroom and a charming triple bedroom with 3 single beds. Also noteworthy are the stable facilities, where guests are welcome to bring their horse once negotiated with property owner. The village centre of Caersws can be located within a 15-minute drive, where you’ll find the local shop and pub. For days out in the surrounding area, you can explore Dolforwyn Castle, which is a half-hour drive from the cottage or discover the scenic Llyn Mawr, only a 15-minute drive away and the perfect spot to see the wildlife in the area.
