Cathedine Old Coach House, Brecon

Brecon Beacons. Sleeps up to 9

Cathedine Old Coach House is holiday home in the midst of The Brecon Beacons to sleep 9 guests in 5 bedrooms. The house is tucked away down a cobbled path with a private garden for children to play. A well converted spacious detached large self catering holiday cottage, ideal for a family group.

There's fabulous walking from the house. You can relax around the central wood- burning stove, play some games (good selection supplied) or just read a book and gaze out of the window across the valley. Step out onto the balcony to enjoy the fabulous views over the meadows and nearby Llangorse Lake to the hills beyond. Cathedine Old Coach House is a good place to stay, only one mile from the village of Bwlch with a local shop and excellent village pub, this is the start of the Bwlch With Attitude walk.

It is only 2 miles from the village of Llangorse with two pubs and the largest fresh water lake in South Wales. Just outside the village is Llangorse Activity Centre where there is a really good indoor Climbing Wall, an outdoor high ropes challenge and of course fantastic Pony Trekking on the mountains. Visit The Venison Centre across the valley and try some of their excellent produce - the deer graze on the hills above the house - so very local produce!

Hire Mountain bikes and have them delivered to the door. Brecon 7 miles.
