Located in the centre of Broughty Ferry, Carbet Lodge is a stunning property built in 1864 and fully refurbished in 2013. The original features have been sympathetically maintained, and the property enjoys breathtaking views of the River Tay and Broughty Ferry castle.
The property has a large open plan kitchen, dining & living area with a stove. The kitchen has an induction hob, oven, steam oven, washing machine and all kitchen appliances needed for an extended stay. There is a second lounge on the ground floor with another stove. The main bathroom is downstairs with a walk in shower, and underfloor heating is installed throughout.
Upstairs, there is a master bedroom .There is a second double bedroom with views of the town centre and the River Tay.
Outside in the garden there is an outbuilding, large garden area and two separate patios. There is one car parking space at the front of the property and plenty of on street parking which is free.
Located in Dundee, this vacation home is near the beach. Monikie Country Park and Clatto Country Park reflect the area's natural beauty and area attractions include Barnhill Rock Garden and The Fun Factory. Traveling with kids? Consider Battlefield Live Dundee and Dundee Science Centre. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.
