Hampden is an incredibly spacious home offering a high standard of luxury furnishings and fittings with plenty of room for a large family or group of friends to enjoy a break away. Situated in the popular Roserrow, it is the perfect base for exploring North Cornwall or for just to taking some time to relax and spend time with loved ones.

This beautiful holiday home is designed with larger groups in mind. The ground floor comprises of a large open-plan kitchen equipped with an Aga, separate oven, American fridge/freezer, dishwasher and food processor. This space also includes the dining and family room with a large table perfect for family meals; an open fire as well as doors leading to the patio; making al fresco dining a breeze. The useful utility room houses the washing machine and tumble dryer. Just off from the entrance hall is a twin bedroom with an en-suite, with a bath, shower, twin wash basins and WC.

The remaining bedrooms are located on the first floor; one king-size bedroom with an en-suite with a bath, shower, twin wash basins and WC. Two twin bedrooms, both of which have en-suite bathrooms and a further two twin bedrooms which share a ‘Jack and Jill’ bathroom.

Hampden was made for outdoor living, and boasts a wonderful, oversized garden which leads down to one of Roserrow's many lakes. The perfect outdoor space is a haven for little explorers, the expansive lawn is also a great spot to enjoy the legendary Cornish sunsets with fresh seafood and Cornish treats cooking on the charcoal barbecue. Adjoining the garden is a 'patch' providing another wonderful area to play and explore, it also gives access to the footpaths so you can discover the rest of Roserrow’s wonderful grounds.
