On entering this splendid property you will find yourself in the first of two inviting and comfortable lounges, an ideal spot for relaxing in, complete with TV/DVD, and a wood burner to snuggle in front of. French doors lead out to the garden. The second, more intimate, lounge is also a great place to unwind in, complete with TV. Moving into the elegant and stylishly designed kitchen/diner you will find everything you may need including electric range cooker, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave and TV. You can grab breakfast at the breakfast bar, or enjoy something more substantial in the attractive dining area. Exploring the cottage further, you will find a delightful sunroom overlooking the garden with views of the surrounding countryside. You will also find a comfy double bedroom on the ground floor. There is also both a shower room with WC and a separate WC on the ground floor, as well as a utility room with washing machine and sink. Going upstairs you will find four more comfy and spacious bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king size bed, TV, walk in wardrobe and a luxurious en suite shower room with WC. You will find a further king size with TV, a double with TV and a family room sleeping 4 (double bunk bed with single above and separate single all suitable for adults). There is also a bathroom complete with free standing bath, large separate shower and WC. Stepping outside you can relax in the large enclosed garden area complete with seating and BBQ and a play area for children with trampoline with net, swings and a playhouse, the treehouse is shared between both properties and is located in the field which backs on to both properties gardens, in a fenced forest area.There is also ample parking available.
