Surfs Edge is a beautifully-appointed, three-storey, detached holiday home on an elevated position overlooking the sea in Polzeath, Cornwall. Climbing the stone steps leads you into the main house with a reverse-level setup; head straight upstairs to the open-plan living space with a large, sumptuous corner sofa set in front of a Smart TV and woodburning stove. You'll also find a fully-equipped kitchen with a range master and American-style fridge/freezer, a utility, cloakroom, and dining seating, whilst the patio doors lead out to the balcony with far-reaching views across Polzeath and the sea, sure to be your favourite sunset spot with a glass of wine. Completing the first floor is a double bedroom with en-suite shower room and single bedroom featuring a day bed. The ground floor hosts three more bedrooms; a double, twin and bunk bedroom (featuring double for the bottom bunk and single for the top), plus an impressive bathroom with a large walk-in shower and sunken bath for the ultimate relaxation. Heading into the annexe from inside the main entrance to the house, there is a mezzanine double bedroom and a bathroom, along with another open-plan living space with a kitchen, dining area, and sitting area with a TV; ideal for younger guests or grandparents looking for a hideaway!
