French windows from the sitting room open to a delightful South-West-facing terrace with a picnic table for alfresco dining. The chic and well-equipped kitchen has ample working space and there is a breakfast bar between the kitchen and the dining area which has a table to seat six. There is a patio to the back of the property with garden furniture and communal gardens all around the village to enjoy picnics or play. Theres lots of fun for all to be had nearby; several beaches are within easy driving distance, including Maenporth and Swanpool, just one mile away, and Gyllyngvase, just two miles further along the coast towards Falmouth. Falmouth is a popular town, steeped in nautical history and home to the National Maritime Museum, visitors will enjoy the town with narrow streets, shops, bars and restaurants. Take a boat trip across the River Fal or up the Truro River for a great day out. Well-placed for exploring the coast and some adventures on the river.
