This immaculate cottage is an annex to the owner’s home, situated in a rural location of Little Dunham near Litcham, Norfolk, with characterful places of interest dotted around the area. Nearby, Little Fransham is home to a village pub called The Canary and Linnet, and further afield lies the city of Norwich, the Norfolk Broads, and the North Norfolk Coast. Furthermore, under 4 miles away is Necton, home to a post office, pub, and small supermarket where you can get your everyday essentials. Holkham Natural Nature reserve, which is a car journey away, Snettisham beach and Heacham South Beach also make for a great day out. Swaffham also previews fine Georgian buildings housing shops, pubs and restaurants, a bustling Saturday market and a twice-monthly farmers’ market. Situated in a great location, Peddars Way can be accessed from a nearby village called Sporle, where a trail of up to 46 miles is perfect for walkers and cyclists.
