Southrepps is a pretty Norfolk village with many charming brick and flint cottages and a large 15th century church, whose tall tower dominates the local landscape. It is an ideal base for exploring the area with sandy beaches, historic houses, steam railways and many other places to visit all close by. The seaside resorts of Mundesley and Cromer are just two and four miles away respectively and offer lots to see and do for all the family. The village has a shop and a pub, which serves good food.

The Studio in name only - was originally an artist's studio. It has been fully refurbished to provide accommodation that although quirky is comfortable and cosy. Whilst set within the grounds of the owner's home, the property has the benefit of its own entrance; peace and quiet are guaranteed. The enclosed patio area overlooks open fields and the owner's wooded grounds, some of which provide grazing for the family pets. Shop/Pub: 1.5 miles
