Great Massingham is a very pretty country village with traditional flint cottages overlooking the village green and ponds. The village is well placed for enjoying the numerous attractions of the area, and is within easy reach of the North Norfolk Coast. This is a great area for walking and cycling with The Peddars Way and an abundance of quiet lanes nearby. The area is also superb for bird and nature lovers with Titchwell and Heacham reserves a short distance away. The Royal Estate at Sandringham is approximately five miles away as are the wide sandy beaches of Hunstanton and Brancaster.

Eves Cottage sits in the centre of the village and is attached to the owner's own home. The duck pond is one of the county's most photographed and is almost on the doorstep. It is a great place to sit and watch the world go by or fish with a day ticket in the season. The local pub is well known for serving good food, and you will need to book for the Sunday roast! The property is comfortably furnished and is in a quiet position within the village. Shop/Pub: 50 yards
