Hoveton St John is a small village between Wroxham, known as the capital of the Broads, and Horning from where you can hire boats or join one of the cruises that explore the meandering waterways that make up the Norfolk Broads. If you prefer to keep your feet on solid ground Hoveton Hall Gardens and Bewilderwood, a magical outdoor adventure experience for the young at heart are both close by and there are numerous quiet lanes and footpaths to explore on foot or by bicycle. Further afield you will find the historic cathedral city of Norwich, the sandy beaches of the east coast, or the thrills of the pleasure beach at Great Yarmouth.

Holly Cottage is a single storey cottage, adjacent to the owner's home, which has been carefully converted to provide spacious, comfortable accommodation. There is a secluded decked area with table and chairs which is ideal for alfresco dining and parking is next to the property.
