The Eden Project and The Lost Gardens of Heligan are only about 35 minutes away, with many further beaches to explore on both the south and north coast. Open plan living/dining room with large comfortable sofa (this can be made into a double 'sofa-bed'), Freeview HD TV, WiFi, very efficient night storage heaters, dining table with seating for four. Kitchen has two sections, first with electric cooker, microwave, fridge with ice box, all fully equipped. Off to a little side room is the washing machine, kitchen sink and further cupboards. Bedroom with 4ft 6in double bed. Bright and airy Shower room with built in shower, WC and wash hand basin.

Parking: The guests could pull up outside the property to unload luggage, then either park on the quay or;Parking is available at the Millpool public car park, approx. 5 minute's walk away (special weekly tickets available to purchase on site).

Please note; there are a total of 15 steps with a gentle slope in the middle of them, to the apartments front door.
