You will be perfectly placed just a few miles from the ever popular coastal resort of Bude. This delightful town offers a choice of beach and sea pool, alongside an array of independent shops and great places to eat. From here, head out further along the Atlantic Highway and you can explore the whole of the stunning north coast, famed for its beautiful scenery, with Northcott Mouth, Widemouth Bay and Crackington Haven all a few miles away. There are also an array of picturesque fishing villages and coves waiting to be explored including Boscastle, Port Isaac, Rock and Padstow, both popular foodie destinations. Other attractions nearby include Tamar Lakes, Hartland Quay, Clovelly, Bodmin Moor, mythical Tintagel with the legends of King Arthur and the Knights of the Round Table and The Eden Project. On entering this stunning property, you will immediately find yourself in a beautifully light and spacious open plan lounge/kitchen/diner and here a choice of seating sits in front of a TV/DVD. There is also a sofa bed that can be used to accommodate an extra guest. The kitchen area is well equipped with a breakfast bar and this provides a great space to enjoy a leisurely morning coffee before heading out for the day or a home cooked meal upon your return. The kitchen itself is also well equipped and offers an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and washer/dryer. From here head further into the property where you will find the pretty king size bedroom, and a beautifully presented shower room with large shower and WC. Outside of the property and directly to the front, an enclosed patio area with garden furniture and charcoal BBQ has been provided for your relaxation. There is designated off road parking provided on the driveway for one car.
