There are visitor attractions to impress including the Luxulyan Valley, a World Heritage site just 2 miles away, the National Trust property, Lanhydrock House and Gardens, The Eden Project, the tall Ships of Charlestown, the Lost Gardens of Heligan, Bodmin Moor, Tate Gallery at St Ives, to name but a few. On arrival at this one bedroom open plan property you will enter the characterful lounge which is decorated in traditional style. The lounge area is thoughtfully equipped with a TV/DVD with Freeview to enjoy all your favourite shows of an evening. The kitchen comes complete with everything you need to cook up a veritable banquet for all your family and friends, including an oven a fridge and microwave. Washing machine can be found in an external building. The main bedroom is a double with patio views. Nearby is a shower room and WC. Outside the accommodation has an enclosed patio garden with seating. There is also access to a fishing pond and bird hide.
