There is a wide range of pubs and restaurants throughout the city and many festivals held throughout the year. Being a relatively small city, exploring on foot is a great option. For variety, take day trips to the lovely beaches and golf courses of East Lothian or the Borders. Beach 4 miles. Shop, pub and restaurant ½ mile.
