Brantfield House is a large Victorian house set in mature gardens in a quiet location overlooking the village of Bowness and Lake Windermere. The apartment is on the first floor at the front of the house, with beautifully proportioned rooms offering spectacular views of the lake and surrounding fells.


The apartment is continually being updated. All rooms are well furnished, spacious, light and airy. The apartment sleeps 4 in two bedrooms, the master bedroom has a kingsize bed and the second bedroom has twin beds. Each room has plentiful storage and the twin room has a TV, and PS3

The bathroom has a shower, toilet and wash basin. The kitchen has ample workspace and includes oven, hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, washer and dishwasher. The large lounge /dining room was recently redecorated and is comfortably furnished with leather settees and dining table set in the bay window. There is a TV with Freeview, Netflix and DVD player There is a selection of dvds, books and games. The apartment has free wifi access. This room has a bay window allowing spectacular views of Lake Windermere and the surrounding fells.

The house is set in a quiet location but only a short walk to the heart of Bowness
