The property comprises of an exposed beam lounge/dining room with granite inglenook and log burner, a spiral staircase and sea views from some aspects. It is well equipped with Freeview TV, DVD, CD player, Wi-fi, cooker, microwave, fridge, freezer and washing machine. The bathroom has a separate shower room and there is a downstairs toilet. Duvets, pillows and linen are provided but towels are not included. Full oil fired central heating and electricity are included. First basket of logs are free. Extra logsare available if required at a small charge. There is a sunny conservatory, large private garden and parking for several cars. Mount Earl is in an area of outstanding natural beauty and would appeal to nature lovers and bird watchers. Rare birds and owls have regularly been spotted. The grounds offer a very safe haven for children to play in the garden and explore the nature trails through the woodland. Nightime often provides excellent stargazing as there is no light pollution.

Located in Helston, this cottage is in a rural area and by the sea.
