Golf enthusiasts Rock has on the finest links courses in the Southwest. 8 miles away is the charming fishing port of Port Isaac famously known as Port Wenn home of the TV series Doc Martin. With it narrow windy steep streets leading to the harbour and whitewash fisherman cottages there are plenty of shops, cafes, restaurants and pubs. Perfectly located for exploring the North Cornwall coast. Avoca is an ideal base for families.
