Also within easy reach are the beautiful house and gardens at Lanhydrock (National Trust) and the many gardens on the south coast of Cornwall. A visit to the Eden Project is a must, or hire a bike and cycle the Camel Trail which runs from Padstow, through Wadebridge to Bodmin. For those looking for more excitement, try the cycle hub at Lanhydrock and Cardinham Woods. Beach 11 miles. Shop, pub and restaurant 6 miles.
