It overlooks a Site of Special Scientific Interest in the Ribble floodplain, with a wealth of bird life and a bird hide on the Ribble Way. The bustling market town of Settle is just 4 miles and offers a wide selection of shops, pubs and restaurants and is home to the famous Settle to Carlisle railway.
