Walking and touring direct from the door with the added advantage of being a short drive from Grassington, which is a hub of activity with the Summer Arts Festival playing host to high profile actors, singers and poets, and in winter, the Dickensian weekends are a real show stopper. There is also a wide selection of individual country shops, pubs and restaurants to discover. Nearby Kilnsey Park offers a wide range of activities including fly fishing and angling on their well-stocked lakes, and a very popular café and gift shop offering local treats. Shop 3 miles, pub and restaurant ½ mile.
