Surrounded by a stunning backdrop of hills, the walking is superb with strenuous walks up the hills or more gentle strolls along the River Wharfe. Hawes with its celebrated Wensleydale cheese factory is just 12 miles and also offers a wealth of individual shops, pubs and restaurants. The historic market town of Skipton known as the gateway to the Dales is 18 miles. Shop and pub 100 yards.
