Spectacular walks along the Heritage Coast, this cottage has use of a tennis court. Honiton, Exmouth and Lyme Regis easily accessible. . Ground Floor:
Slate floors throughout.
Living room: With wood burner, Freeview TV and CD player.
Dining room.
Kitchen: With electric cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer and washing machine.
First Floor:
Bedroom 1: With double bed and en-suite with shower over bath, and toilet.
Bedroom 2: With double bed, single bed (for child) and en-suite with bath and toilet.. Oil central heating, electricity and bed linen included. Towel hire. Initial fuel for wood burner included. Tumble dryer available on request (at cost). Decked sitting-out area with garden furniture. Tennis court (shared with owner). Private parking for 2 cars. No smoking. Please note: There are 2 unfenced duck ponds in the garden.. This cottage is set in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty with views of the valley and close to the picturesque village of Gittisham. In a calm, peaceful rural location, with ducks roaming freely and chickens in their Wendy house. The converted cottage provides comfortable holiday accommodation within the grounds of the owner’s home and orchard, along with a rustic grass tennis court. Honiton, 3 miles, coast at Sidmouth, 8 miles. Visit Exmouth, Seaton, Lyme Regis, Bicton Park and Killerton Gardens (National Trust). Walking along the Heritage Coast. Shop 2 miles, pub 2 miles.
