This villa-style accommodation at Tamar Valley Resort in Callington is in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. The on-site facilities include indoor & outdoor heated swimming pools, bar, shop & reception. Arranged in small clusters along the valley stream, these typical lodge-style family holiday homes are arranged over two floors with upstairs and downstairs terraces to enjoy the outside space. The ground floor has a double and two twin bedrooms and two bathrooms. The first floor has a sunny and bright sitting room with dining area and patio doors to the decked balcony with rural views and garden furniture, plus kitchen. There is a terrace accessed from the master bedroom, again overlooking the valley with table and chairs for alfresco dining. The communal grounds are well maintained and are ideal for children to play ball games. This retreat is well placed for guests looking to explore both Cornwall and Devon with some fantastic local attractions nearby. Within a short drive is the National Trust property, Cotehele, a Tudor house and valley garden estate set above the River Tamar. A little further afield you can visit the glorious sandy beach at Whitsand Bay with dramatic scenery and sheer cliffs. Equally accessible are Bodmin Moor and Dartmoor National Park with undulating moorlands and a myriad of historic sites and monuments - a rambler's dream.
