The floor is complete with a shower room. Upstairs you will find the bedroom, a perfect space to recharge the batteries after enjoying the wonderful local area. Outside, enjoy the spacious, shared garden where a quiet corner is provided exclusively for your own use. This quality self-catering annexe is on one of the most desirable roads in Ripon, where some of the oldest buildings and structures in the city are located, including a Grade II listed clock tower, which was built in 1897 to commemorate Queen Victoria’s Diamond Jubilee. Access to a number of walking routes can also be found along this road, and the city centre is only a five minute walk away. Ripon is dominated by a beautiful cathedral, which is open everyday and is well worth spending a couple of hours exploring all that it offers. Also found in Ripon are the Yorkshire Law & Order Museums, craft markets, a number of shops and pubs, specialist cinema, a racecourse, a park and excellent riverside and canal walks. The well-known Fountains Abbey and Studley Royal Water Garden are within walking distance along the banks of the River Skell, and within driving distance are Harrogate, York and both the stunning Yorkshire Dales and North York Moors National Parks. A wonderful holiday base in an excellent location, with plenty to see and do at whatever time of year!
