There is a light and airy sitting room overlooking the garden, a dining room and an adjoining sun room, along with a kitchen and shower room on the ground floor of this Rosudgeon cottage, whilst up an open-tread staircase, the first floor offers four comfortable bedrooms and a bathroom. The enclosed garden behind the cottage has a large sunny terrace and seating area, a quiet spot for relaxing and refreshments after a delightful day beside the sea. The stunning beach of Praa Sands can be found two miles to the east, offering a beachside bar and restaurant, a great place to watch the surf roll in and the sun go down after a stroll across the sands. It is also a great place for surfers with its own school for those wanting to learn how to surf or improve their skills. Two miles to the west of this Penzance cottage is the magnificent St Michael's Mount, where at low tide you can follow in the footsteps of pilgrims to discover this ancient island. There are plentiful shops and cafes in nearby Penzance and a short drive from the cottage is dramatic Land's End, Sennen Cove and the pretty little fishing village of St Ives. This peaceful Cornish cottage in Rosudgeon is within easy reach of a range of activities and the stunning shores of Cornwall's south coast.
