Internally, the property is comfortably accommodates up to four guests in two bedrooms, one with views over the bay and out to sea. Externally, there is a secluded patio complete with a table and barbecue – ideal for dining al fresco. There is also a designated parking?with space for two cars, with additional on-street parking available. Paignton Beach, complete with its famous pier, is within a 10 minute walk, as? is the town centre where you will find many restaurants, bars, caf?s and shops. Goodrington Beach and Young’s Park are also easily accessible, home to crazy golf, bumper boats, waterpark and a Steam Train station.
