With three well-appointed bedrooms on offer, possible to accommodate six guests, the apartment makes a wonderful base for couples, friends, and families, looking for a sea-side bolthole. On sunny days, wake up to breakfast on the balcony, where you can peacefully plan the day's adventures, overlooking the lawned garden and borders of colourful hydrangeas and other mature shrubs. A well-equipped kitchen is on offer, where you can rustle up lunch and dinner, gathering around the dining table for some quality time. Bella Vista has a bright and airy double bedroom with a basin, a twin bedroom, and a bunk room, with an additional hideaway bed that can be made up on request, offering full flexibility, whilst there is both a bathroom and cloakroom for convenience. New Polzeath is a charming and unspoilt area, and only a stroll along the coastal path to all the usual village amenities and beach; there are plenty of water-based activities to enjoy from surfing to coasteering, and you can find equipment hire and tuition, not to mention surf fashion and hardware from the many beach shops. The nearby golf club at The Point is a drive away and offers an indoor swimming pool, gym, and tennis courts too, or travel further to the St Enodoc golf course, which has two courses and is ideal for golfing all year round!
