The Ivy guest house is beautifully decorated and a welcoming place conveniently located close to Leeds city centre, Roundhay Park and the shopping centre/shops nearby. It is modern, spacious, comfy, open-plan, functional, and clean.
Three-seaters Sofa-bed, so you can sleep 3 (persons) comfortably or a maximum sleeps 4 (persons) tightly. Please let the host know as there is a small fee for extra guests).

On check-out please turn off all sockets and electric devices, including lights, and heaters.
