This is an exceptional property set in Nidderdale, an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. It offers the best of both worlds, with breathtaking Yorkshire Dales scenery and cycling routes to explore and the cosmopolitan spa town of Harrogate just a short drive away. This is the perfect property for walkers, cyclists and nature lovers as well as those who love a more vibrant scene. The lodge, built in 2020 and already fabulous in its own right, has also been given the full Joules treatment and is within our exclusive collection of properties. Bedecked throughout with their signature bedding, furniture, accents and accessories, this stunning property has been elevated to simply superb proportions. The beautiful interiors now boast everything from a gorgeous Patterdale bed to crockery, hand towels and luxury toiletries making this property truly distinctive. The property is tucked away on a secluded hillside in the southern Yorkshire Dales, offering the comfort of a luxury holiday, with all the cosiness and warmth of a log cabin escape but on a grander scale. On the ground floor you ll find a spacious, open plan lounge/kitchen/diner. A wood burner fills the property with warmth, while floor to ceiling windows offer uninterrupted views of the spectacular countryside. The stylish lounge features sumptuous sofas to curl up on and beautiful wooden floors, with the kitchen located to the rear of this area. Its elegant units are well stocked with all the equipment you ll need to rustle up and serve a family dinner, including an electric oven and gas hob, microwave, fridge, freezer and dishwasher. A washing machine and tumble dryer are also available in the utility area on the landing handy if you have walking clothes to wash and dry off. The dining area is also part of the open plan downstairs, a delight on colder mornings when you can enjoy a long lazy breakfast by the fire. The table seats everyone comfortably, so plenty of room for the whole family. There are also two lovely bedrooms on the ground floor with a further bedroom upstairs. In the first bedroom, you ll find a lovely, king size bed and double aspect windows letting in lots of light. Next door is the second bedroom, a twin, perfect for little ones, all now styled with Joules accessories. Both bedrooms share a ground floor shower room with walk in shower and WC. Make your way up the bespoke wooden staircase to find the stunning first floor master bedroom with a super king size bed and access to a private glass balcony. Snuggle up on the chair here at dusk and enjoy trying to spot any of the local wildlife. The bathroom is set just across the landing, this room boasts a freestanding bath, separate walk in shower and WC. Doors from the open plan space leading directly out onto the wooden deck to the front of the lodge. With elegant garden furniture, it s the perfect spot for a sundowner, with blankets provided to keep you snug as the sun sets and a bubbling hot tub ready and waiting for you. Beyond the deck, explore the acres of grounds in which the lodge is set, discover the stream and packhorse bridge. There are also sheep and cows roaming freely which graze in the adjoining fields. There is off road parking available for up to three cars. Please note that the grounds of the lodge include a pond and children must be supervised at all times in and around the property. For larger groups, there is an identical second lodge also sleeping 6 in 3 beautiful bedrooms available nearby. The second lodge has its own large, outdoor grounds and plenty of space between for each property to enjoy its own privacy.
