This charming, two-bedroom, single-storey gate lodge offers a unique opportunity to stay on the privately-owned Ribston Estate, the history of which dates back to the 12th century. Providing comfortable accommodation for up to four [4] guests, Walshford Lodge is a characterful, pet friendly cottage with superb country walks on the doorstep. Take a leisurely drive and explore a truly fascinating, historic area of Yorkshire; take a drive with your bike and cycle the challenging Tour de Yorkshire Dales routes; or simply take time out, relax, and enjoy the peace and quiet of this special rural escape.

The property’s master bedroom has a king-sized bed - which can be split into twins as required – plus a second, double-bedded room. There is a well-equipped kitchen/diner with a fridge/freezer, washing machine, microwave and full-sized oven. The comfortable, welcoming living room features an attractive, bow window, Smart TV and an electric fire. The house bathroom has a bath with shower over, WC and hand basin. There is plenty of parking space, and Walshford Lodge’s private garden provides a lovely outside area in which to relax and enjoy al-fresco drinks and dining during the summer months.

The property is pet-friendly on request. There is a £5 per night pet fee and £25 cleaning fee.
