A lovely old cottage down a no-through lane in the quiet hamlet of Portlooe. Approx one mile from bustling Looe town centre, with its many shops, restaurants, pubs, etc - and beach! The picturesque Cornish fishing village of Polperro is only a ten minute drive away. Lovely Talland Bay nearby is a short drive, or walk along the nearby spectacular coastal path to either! Free parking directly outside the property, which has an EV charger - available for an additional charge. (Low cost domestic tariff).
I live at the cottage, but in the 'other half', so don't intrude on your privacy. You will have your own separate door and your own key, and can therefore lock up and come and go as you wish.
Portlooe is a quiet hamlet, but is a very convenient base to visit the surrounding towns and villages, the coast, and to explore the beautiful Cornish countryside.

Located in Looe, this apartment is in a rural area and by the sea. South West Coast Path Section 34 Trailhead and Polperro Harbour are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those looking for area attractions can visit Polperro Model Village and Adrenalin Quarry. Kartworld and Port Eliot House and Gardens are also worth visiting. Discover the area's water adventures with kayaking and scuba diving nearby, or enjoy the great outdoors with hiking/biking trails and cycling.
