Whether you’re travelling for work or leisure, you’ll be perfectly placed as this beautifully restored Edwardian first floor apartment is within walking distance to the beach and the vibrant town centre meaning you’ll have an array of bars, pubs, restaurants and shops right on the doorstep! Your four-legged friends are also welcome too.

The Space:
Northville Nazarre boasts an open plan kitchen, living and dining area. The space has a striking and beautiful look with a dark green ceiling, original ornate features and quirky art prints.

Perfect for relaxing, the living area features a grey L-shaped sofa and a flat screen Smart TV. After a busy day, you can retreat here to keep up with your favourite shows.

Also sharing this space is the kitchen and dining area. Ultra sleek, the kitchen has dark cabinets and white metro wall tiles to create a modern look. Fully equipped for self-catering stays, high quality appliances and cookware are provided for your convenience. The dining area includes a wooden breakfast bar with four stools.

Continue through the apartment and you’ll find the bedroom. Sleeping two guests, the bedroom includes a double bed along with hanging space, bedside tables and lamps. The ensuite bathroom in Northville Nazzare features a walk-in shower, WC and wash basin.

Please note there is a sofa bed in the apartment which can be requested prior to your stay increasing the occupancy from two to four guests.

Outside you'll find a small yard area at the front of the property.

Host & Stay are committed to our owners that their homes are protected during bookings. For this reason, we require all of our guests to transfer a £250.00 Damage Deposit (subject to a £10.00 administration charge) or, to purchase an Accidental Damage Waiver for £25.00 which will cover you for up to £500.00 of accidental damage during your stay.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the full apartment. Northville Nazzare is accessed using a key safe and full details will be provided before your arrival date.

Free on-street parking is available nearby on a first come, first served basis. No permit is required.

Please note that there are currently roadworks outside the property which may cause noise disturbance and limit the parking availability.

A maximum of three well-behaved dogs are welcome to stay at Northville Nazzare per reservation.

The Neighborhood:
Voted as the Times’ best place to live in 2023, Whitley Bay is home to two miles of golden sands and taking a look at the incredible views of the coastline from the Victorian lighthouse on St Mary’s Island.

If you’re looking for somewhere to eat, head to Spanish City where you’ll find a Renaissance-style hall transformed with a fish and chip restaurant, a traditional tearoom, a waffle and pancake house and a champagne bar inside.

You’ll find yet another stunning beach if you visit nearby Tynemouth during your stay. Enjoy relaxing walks along the seafront, amble along the promenade to the popular North Shields Fish Quay or explore the Blue Reef Aquarium.

Getting Around:
Whitley Bay is just 10 miles from Newcastle and there are two Arriva bus routes which travel to the city centre. The 306 bus route has stops in Tynemouth, North Shields and Jesmond. The 51/51A has stops in Jesmond and Northumbria University.

There is a metro station located in Whitley Bay with regular routes to South Shields and Newcastle City Centre. The closest mainline train station is Newcastle Central Station which is 25 minutes away. From here, you’ll find regular services to and from London, Edinburgh and York.
