Located in the popular town of Seahouses on the Northumberland coast, Seafarers is a first floor holiday apartment. The ideal staycation for two, you’ll be a short walk from everything Seahouses has to offer including a bustling harbour and an array of restaurants. When staying at Seafarers, you have access to the full apartment which includes an open plan kitchen, living and dining area, spacious bedroom and modern bathroom.

The Space:
With high ceilings and crisp white walls, Seafarers has a bright and spacious open plan kitchen, living and dining area. You’ll have everything you could need to prepare meals during your stay as the kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances and cookware. Perfect for socialising, the dining area is a breakfast style bar with wooden bar stools.

The living area includes a comfortable grey sofa and a flat screen TV making it perfect for relaxing. Whether you’re getting lost in a good book or keeping up with your favourite shows, you’ll be able to unwind here.

Seafarers has a spacious bedroom with a king size bed and premium bed linens. The bathroom has statement blue cladding, a bathtub with an overhead shower, WC and basin.

Host & Stay are committed to our owners that their homes are protected during bookings. For this reason, we require all of our guests to transfer a £250.00 Damage Deposit (subject to a £10.00 administration charge) or, to purchase an Accidental Damage Waiver for £25.00 which will cover you for up to £500.00 of accidental damage during your stay.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the full apartment. The keys are accessed via a secure key safe and full details will be provided shortly before your arrival date.

Seafarers is located on a busy high street and there is parking for one vehicle outside.

Please note there is a metal staircase leading up to the property entrance.

The Neighborhood:
With a bustling harbour and a seaside holiday resort feel, Seahouses is packed with charisma. Treat the family to a game of crazy golf or go rock pooling. The charming village offers a whole host of tea rooms, restaurants, pubs and shops all within a 0.8 mile walk or drive so you won’t tire of things to do. If you like horse riding, there is a riding school close by and two incredible golf courses on the doorstep.

Hop on one of the boat trips from Seahouses and take a journey to the Farne Islands. Just a couple of miles off the coast, this cluster of islands are one of the UK’s top wildlife experiences. It even has Sir David Attenborough’s stamp of approval as he declared it as his favourite place in the UK to see nature at its best. The Farne Islands are known for its birds with 23 different breeds spotted here, including colourful puffins and razorbills. If you’re lucky enough, you may even see a seal bobbing in the sea whilst you’re on the boat.

Getting Around:
The nearest train station to Seahouses is at Chathill which is 5 miles away. The closest East Coast Main Line train stations are located Alnmouth or Berwick-upon-Tweed which are roughly 30 minutes away from Seahouses by car.

There are great bus services from Seahouses. Hop on the X18 which takes you through to Newcastle with stops in beautiful areas of Northumberland like Amble and Alnwick.
