Light and spacious 3 bed caravan, situated close to the entertainment facilities. The caravan includes 3 bedrooms (2 with TV's) - a double master room and 2 twin rooms, sleeping 6 total in beds plus an additional 2 from the sofa-bed in the lounge.. Lovely open-plan design in the front end, including plenty of comfy fitted seating easily seating 8 with a large TV. The caravan has a good size family bathroom which includes shower, toilet and sink. Parking is located nearby in allocated areas, but is on a first come first serve basis. Perfect for families with small children wanting to be nearby play areas and facilities.
PLEASE NOTE - All Facilities, restaurants and shops will be closed from 14th November 2022 and will reopen Friday 10th Feb 2023. There may be disruption to utilities during this time as the park will be carrying out scheduled maintenance.

KITCHEN – Fully Equipped with everything you may need, lots of cupboard and worktop space. Full size fridge/freezer.

PLEASE NOTE ENTERTAINMENT PASSES ARE NOT INCLUDED WITH YOUR STAY AND WOULD NEED TO BE PURCHASED EITHER IN ADVANCE OR UPON ARRIVAL. YOU REQUIRE THESE TO HAVE ACCESS TO RESTAURANTS, BARS, OUTSIDE AREAS AND ALL OTHER FACILITIES AFTER 5PM. YOU WILL ALSO REQUIRE ENTERTAINMENT PASSES TO ACCESS SWIMMING POOLS AT ANY TIME.
Located in Rye, this mobile home is near the beach. Landgate and Rye Castle Museum are local landmarks, and the area's natural beauty can be seen at High Weald and Rye Harbour Nature Reserve. Romney Hythe & Dymchurch Light Railway and Romney Sands Station are also worth visiting. Fishing offers a great chance to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with cycling nearby.
