Beautiful 3 bedroom newly updated caravan, situated overlooking the fields and river. The position of this caravan is perfect for anyone wanting a peaceful plot, but also a touch of wildlife including swans, ducks and sheep yet still only a short walk from the entertainment facilities. Boasting a master double room with en-suite toilet, 2 twin rooms and a sofa bed, this will sleep 8 comfortably. The kitchen includes the standard oven, hobs, microwave, full size fridge freezer, plus now a dishwasher which is a great addition for anyone planning on cooking for the family. The large gated decking is wrapped around the caravan, so when the sun is shining gives a prime spot for some relaxation and real chill time.

PLEASE NOTE - All Facilities, restaurants and shops will be closed from 14th November 2022 and will reopen Friday 10th Feb 2023. There may be disruption to utilities during this time as the park will be carrying out scheduled maintenance.

YOU REQUIRE THESE TO HAVE ACCESS TO RESTAURANTS, BARS, OUTSIDE AREAS AND ALL OTHER FACILITIES AFTER 5PM. YOU WILL ALSO REQUIRE ENTERTAINMENT PASSES TO ACCESS SWIMMING POOLS AT ANY TIME.

Located in Rye, this mobile home is on the waterfront. Rye Castle Museum and Romney Hythe & Dymchurch Light Railway are cultural highlights, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Rye Golf Club and 1066 Country Walk. Romney Sands Station and Rye Farm World are also worth visiting. Fishing offers a great chance to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with cycling nearby.
