This modern 3 bedroom caravan benefits from a large benched seating area with a large flat screen TV, ideal for larger families wanting to enjoy a cosy night in watching a film. Situated close to both entertainment and the beach this caravan is in a great central location which suits all families. The 3 bedrooms include a master double room, 2 twin rooms and a sofa bed. The gated decking gives private exterior space and a place for some relaxing in the fresh sea air.
PLEASE NOTE - All Facilities, restaurants and shops will be closed from 14th November 2022 and will reopen Friday 10th Feb 2023. There may be disruption to utilities during this time as the park will be carrying out scheduled maintenance.

KITCHEN – Spacious fully equipped open plan kitchen perfect for sociable cooking. Loaded with everything you will need to stay in and cook if you so choose.
BEDROOMS – Master double room, 2 twin rooms. Sofa bed in the living room.
BATHROOMS – Main bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. Additional separate toilet.

PLEASE NOTE ENTERTAINMENT PASSES ARE NOT INCLUDED WITH YOUR STAY AND WOULD NEED TO BE PURCHASED EITHER IN ADVANCE OR UPON ARRIVAL. YOU REQUIRE THESE TO HAVE ACCESS TO RESTAURANTS, BARS, OUTSIDE AREAS AND ALL OTHER FACILITIES AFTER 5PM. YOU WILL ALSO REQUIRE ENTERTAINMENT PASSES TO ACCESS SWIMMING POOLS AT ANY TIME.
This mobile home is located in Rye. Rye Castle Museum and Romney Hythe & Dymchurch Light Railway are cultural highlights, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Rye Golf Club and 1066 Country Walk. Romney Sands Station and Rye Farm World are also worth visiting.
