The caravan has huge windows overlooking the countryside so you don't even have to venture outside to see the spectacular views. Front end is of a open-plan layout, featuring separate dining table and chairs, plus lots of comfy benched seating. Kitchen is fully kitted out with everything you need, including a dishwasher, full fridge and full freezer. Parking is located behind the caravan on a first come first serve basis. Huge gated decking gives some private outside space to enjoy during your stay. Perfect for families looking to relax, but still be nearby facilities.

PLEASE NOTE - All Facilities, restaurants and shops will be closed from 14th November 2022 and will reopen Friday 10th Feb 2023. There may be disruption to utilities during this time as the park will be carrying out scheduled maintenance.

LOUNGE – Modern, comfy sitting room with benched seating giving lots of internal space. Lounge opens out through patio doors onto the decking, with breath-taking views of countryside and marsh land.

KITCHEN – Spacious fully equipped kitchen with a wrap around counter top, and separate work surface with under-counter separate fridge & freezer. The kitchen also includes a dishwasher to help make your holiday less hard work and more time for relaxing.

BEDROOMS – Master double bedroom. 2 x Twin rooms both with wardrobes. The sofa in the living room is also a double sofa bed.

BATHROOMS – Main bathroom with good size shower, toilet and sink. Separate toilet.

YOU REQUIRE THESE TO HAVE ACCESS TO RESTAURANTS, BARS, OUTSIDE AREAS AND ALL OTHER FACILITIES AFTER 5PM. YOU WILL ALSO REQUIRE ENTERTAINMENT PASSES TO ACCESS SWIMMING POOLS AT ANY TIME.

High Weald and Rye Harbour Nature Reserve reflect the area's natural beauty and area attractions include Romney Hythe & Dymchurch Light Railway and Romney Sands Station. Rye Farm World and South of England Rare Breeds Centre are also worth visiting.
