This lovely Cabin is on the edge of a working farm, its elevated position makes the most of the stunning scenery, you could be in the middle of nowhere, ideal for small families and couples; a great location to explore the area.. All on the ground floor.

The Cabin is situated on a working farm, please do not go near the animals! The fields of sheep are lovely to look at from a distance!
This two-bedroom Cabin sleeps three, with plenty of room for a travel cot (please bring your own), it is situated in an elevated position to make the most of the stunning scenery great for sitting out watching the sun go down with a drink, enjoying your breakfast, or morning coffee. You feel as if you are in the middle of nowhere it is so relaxing, a great place to chill. As there is no street lighting, the area is black at night which is amazing for star gazing. The property offers comfortable living with its well thought out open plan kitchen/diner and living space.
Located 3 miles from Falmouth, The Cabin is a newly renovated, small and cosy property. The small family friendly village has a great local pub and shop. Based in an ideal elevated position overlooking Falmouth and St Mawes, it provides the perfect sport to use as a walking base. The gently sloping sandy beaches are less than 3 miles away and are great for kids, surfers, body boarders, kyakers, paddleboarders and swimmers. You can also take a dip in the various small natural sea baths cut into the cliffs and sea wall. Ideal for walkers who want to visit the rugged coastlines and numerous circular walks, if you bring binoculars, you will be able to watch the variety of wildlife and birds. For water sports enthusiasts you are spoilt for choice we have a wonderful reservoir at Stithians Lake and Water sports centre, just under 6 miles away. Here you can hire equipment, have lessons as well as relaxing with a snack at the café.
This area is surrounded by beaches, 5 miles away is Maenporth a small stony beach great for snorkelling, here you will find Michael Caines restaurant The Cove, there are lovely coastal walks from here to the next beach at Swanpool. This one is larger with a café and a car park on the opposite side of the road very popular with families. The largest beach is Gyllyngvase very popular with surfers and families, a long sandy beach with a great café ideal for lunches and evening meals.
For a more sedate pace of life why not visit some of the beautiful National Trust properties & gardens in the area, we have Trebah, Glendurgan, Queen Mary Gardens, Fox Rosehill Gardens and many more for you to explore. Why not visit the famous Eden Project it is about hours’ drive but well worth a visit, the impressive bio-domes are home to a stunning selection of plants, it will take a full day to look at everything, stop at the restaurant for refreshment and pop into the shop to buy some gifts.
For those that love the sea a visit to the nearest town of Falmouth is a must, it is well known for its deep natural harbour and the Fal Estuary. The National Maritime Museum is in the square surrounded by a variety of restaurants and cafés next to the harbour, another great day out. Spend time looking at the history in the museum and then stop for refreshment. The streets are narrow and cobbled with a wide choice of independent shops great for gifts, with such a wide selection of things to do here it is well worth a visit. The 16th Century fortress built by Henry VIII , Pendennis Castle, is steeped in history with spectacular views of the coast, why not wander around the moat then back to the car park for a well-earned ice cream.
At the end of a busy day make your way home to the peace and tranquillity of the Cabin.

Performance Centre and Falmouth Art Gallery are cultural highlights, and some of the area's landmarks include Carwinion House and Garden and Pendennis Castle. Raze the Roof Indoor Play & Laser Tag and Enys Gardens are also worth visiting. Spend some time exploring the area's activities, including golfing.
