Perfectly positioned in the traditional fishing village of Polruan with two tidal beach, shop and two pubs within easy walking distance. Take the passenger ferry to Fowey where you will find a great selection of shops, pubs and restaurants. From Fowey there is a ferry which runs to the nearby fishing town of Mevagissey, there is also a car ferry which runs from Bodinnick. Should you prefer to explore the area on foot there are plenty of walks to be found, including the South West Coast Path and Hall Walk. Heading further afield are the towns of Polperro and Looe with their rugged coastlines. Enter the property in through the small porch where you will find space for walking boots, this leads into the snug and cosy lounge with wood burner effect electric fire and TV/DVD. From the lounge is the dining room where you will find a dining table with seating for four. From the dining room take the step up into the kitchen, please mind your head as the ceiling is low at this point. The unusually shaped kitchen has an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge and table top freezer. Heading upstairs to the first floor you will find two bedrooms, one double with views over the river and one single room with additional pull out bed suitable for a child. Also on this floor is the family bathroom with shower over bath and WC. There is no outside space, however the cottage is within paces from the beach and village Quay. Due to the location of the cottage there is NO access to cottage by car, there is a luggage drop off point 250 yards from the house. No Private parking however parking is available at the local carpark (charges apply)
