The Space
Inviting 3 bedroom fully detached and recently refurbished house, situated in a quiet cul-de-sac on the outskirts of St Andrews, which comfortably sleeps 6 adults. The house comes with a driveway for two cars, a spacious open plan living room/dining area and modern kitchen, brand new shower room and private rear garden. The master bedroom contains a double bed, with a further two bedrooms each with twin singles. Suitable for families, holiday-makers and golfers alike. Guests will have full access to the property. Smoking is not permitted within the property except in the garden area. I expect all guests to respect the property and our neighbours. Pets are allowed for a small fee.
The Neighbourhood
St Andrews is home to the Royal and Ancient Golf Club and the famous Old Course. Its amenities include Scotland's oldest university, founded in 1413, beautiful award winning beaches, historic buildings, including the ruins of the cathedral, castle and St Rule's Tower and a wide variety of specialist shops and restaurants. Renowned worldwide as "the home of golf” St Andrews has seven world-class links courses and others in the area include The Dukes, Kingsbarns and the Fairmont St Andrews complex. Within 15 minutes drive you have an absolute wealth of beauty with the East Neuk of Fife and its picturesque towns and villages, including Crail, Elie, Kingsbarns and many more. A quick 5 minute drive to the town centre, 10 mins to Old Course, 10 to the beach. Supermarkets in the vicinity. Free Wifi in the property.
Getting Around:
Everything in St Andrews is within walking distance, be it the sights, the beaches, the aquarium, the Links golf courses and many more facilities. The bus routes are all frequent and easy to use. Taxis are relatively cheap given the short distances between places in St Andrews.
