Waverley Place is situated in the quiet, picturesque village of Upper Largo, located only nine miles from St Andrews. Golf in nearby proximity includes the OPEN qualifying courses of Lundin Links & Leven Bank; with others (Elie, Anstruther, Crail, Kingsbarns, and St Andrews) located between four and ten miles.



Lower Largo (the birthplace of Robinson Crusoe), the beach and access to the Fife Coastal Path linking the East Neuk's many popular seaside villages is only a few minutes walk accessed via the Serpentine, a 15 minute wooded walk to the seafront.

The location offers easy access to restaurants, beautiful beaches, coastal and inland walks, as well as a general proximity to major centres such as Edinburgh, Perth, Stirling, and Dundee.
