The modern kitchen has everything you might need to cook up your favourites or enjoy a local take away, and a dining area with dining table and seats. The Dining area leads onto a private and secure patio and garden area. Upstairs is a spacious 3 piece modern bathroom with bath / shower to freshen up.

The house can sleep up 7 guests. It offers two stylish generous size bedrooms for a good nights rest. Both bedrooms, have a king & super-king size that can both be split into two singles on request. The living room offers a comfy double sofa bed for 5th / 6th guest. Plus a small study has a single pull-out bed for a 7th guest.

There's a good size private patio / garden at the rear of the house to enjoy.

Bamber Bridge is a thriving poplar village the centre of which is just a short walk away to plenty of supermarkets, local conveniences, pubs, gastro-pubs, restaurants and decent take-aways on your door-step.

You're near to Preston Docklands & Marina, as well as the main shopping area, with 3 shopping centres, countless bars, restaurants, eateries, attractions. Other nearby establishments include the University, BAE, Hospital and Budweiser brewery. Also ideal for adventures across the North West such as Blackpool & Lytham, the Lake district Manchester or Liverpool.

This vacation home is located in Preston. British Commercial Vehicle Museum and Museum of Lancashire are cultural highlights, and some of the area's attractions include Blackpool Wake Park and Monkey Magic. Rascals Party and Play Centre and Turbary Woods Owl and Bird of Prey Sanctuary are also worth visiting. Be sure not to miss outdoor adventures like cycling and mountain biking.
