Quietly situated, and enjoying panoramic views across the Taw Estuary towards Appledore, Westward Ho! and Hartland Point. The amenities of Braunton village are within five minutes drive, including supermarket, a selection of good pubs, restaurants, and an award winning fish and chip shop! Saunton, with its championship golf course, nature reserve and vast surf-washed sandy beach is very easily accessible, with National Trust coastal walking around the further sandy beach at Croyde, and the splendour of Exmoor, a short, scenic drive beyond.
Accommodation is well-decorated, very comfortably furnished and well equipped, with gas central heating and double glazing throughout. Two bedrooms - king-size double with fully tiled en-suite shower room/wc and handbasin. Further double, with views over the rear garden. Separate bathroom/wc with excellent mains power shower over bath, handbasin, and heated towel rail. Spacious dual aspect living room with TV, video, DVD (small film library available), CD player, and door to conservatory with dining furniture, additional easy seating and lovely views. Fully fitted kitchen, with elec cooker and separate hob + extractor, microwave and small dishwasher and with far reaching views. Fridge/freezer (as well as kitchen fridge) and tumble dryer in rear of garage. Attractive hall with storage cupboard incorporating washing machine. Glazed entrance porch with coat hanging area and boot storage etc. Open plan front garden (some shallow steps) with lawns, flower beds, and enclosed south-facing rear garden with lawns, shrubs and gravelled areas, garden furniture and steps up to enclosed decking, from which to enjoy the panoramic views, and often spectacular sunsets.
