Most attractive walks nearby and just one mile from the character village pub, stores and tea rooms. A very convenient location within approx 10 minute drive of the superb beaches of Croyde and Woolacombe. The golf courses of Willingcott, Saunton and Ilfracombe are also easily accessible, with Exmoor and all amenities of Barnstaple within a short scenic drive.

Accommodation is comfortably furnished, well equipped, and maintained to a good standard throughout, with both electric and part central heating. Two bedrooms each with rural views - double with beamed sloping ceilings, and twin bedded. Shower room, overlooking the garden, with handbasin and wc. Open plan, beamed dual aspect living room with TV, DVD, wall lighting, lovely rural views leading into fitted kitchen area with oak units, elec oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and washing machine. Two steps down to south facing sun lounge/dining area and French windows leading to private enclosed patio with barbecue and garden furniture. External ramp leads down to the extensive and most attractive grounds and gardens which are shared with the owner. The gardens, which include a wildlife pond, ornamental bridges and delightful waterways, may not be suitable for unsupervised young children. Private off-road parking adjacent.
