The Knapps is a comfortable detached bungalow overlooking the Bristol Channel on the edge of Exmoor National Park. Located on the outskirts of the pretty village of Berrynarbor, with a friendly village shop, post office and pub, it is only one mile to Combe Martin's small cove and within a fifteen minute drive of Woolacombe's award winning blue flag sandy beach. The spacious living room is double aspect, and complemented by the adjoining conservatory, which has stunning views across the garden to open countryside and the sea. A modern oak kitchen and utility room are well equipped. Two pretty bedrooms and a family bathroom complete the accommodation. The enclosed front and rear gardens have a patio and level lawn. For enthusiastic walkers The Knapps is within easy walking distance of the South West Coast Path, and is an ideal location at any time of year.

Accommodation: Ground floor: Living room with flat screen digital TV with freeview,  DVD, video and gas fire. Conservatory with dining area. Kitchen with electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge / freezer and washing machine. Utility room with tumble dryer. Bedroom 1 with Double. Bedroom 2 with Twin.  Bathroom with bath, WC, shower cubicle and basin.

Facilities and Services: Linen and towels. Gas CH. No cot is provided, please bring your own travel cot. Regret no pets. No smoking. Garden furniture. Parking in the garage, plus additional parking space. Short breaks available. Arr/Dep for weekly bookings is Saturday.
