Elevated location in the historic quarter of this picturesque coastal village, which is surrounded by the spectacular countryside of the Exmoor National Park. A five minute downhill walk (allow 10 for the return!) will bring you to all the amenities of Lynton including a choice of shops, restaurants, tea rooms, leisure facilities and pubs. The twin village of Lynmouth, with its delightful harbour, gardens, shingle and rock beaches is easily accessible by walkway, road or the famous funicular cliff railway. Many famous beauty spots are also easily accessible including the Valley of Rocks, Watersmeet and the Doone Valley with breathtaking coastal and country walks direct from the village.

The property has been completely renovated and tastefully decorated throughout retaining much of the original 19th Century character, with beamed ceilings and stripped pine doors. Accommodation is therefore furnished and equipped to a very good standard and benefits from night storage heating throughout. Newly fitted kitchen area off, with beech work tops, butlers sink and slate flooring, range cooker (5 rings, 2 ovens and a grill)  extractor, microwave, large fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washer/dryer. Outer stable door leads from the living room to the terraced front garden with barbecue and seating area to enjoy the breathtaking views. Fifteen very steep steps from the rear door lead to the rear hillside natural garden (may not be suitable for unsupervised young children). Free roadside parking close by.
