Village pubs, shops and choice of fine restaurants are all within easy walking distance, whilst the comprehensive market town amenities of Bideford with its traditional pannier market is approx 10 minutes drive. The further town amenities of Barnstaple including leisure centre, cinema, go- karting and ten pin bowling, is just 20 minutes drive with spectacular Exmoor countryside just a short drive beyond.
